2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Denied or restricted access to the service location at the scheduled time
  • Existing infestations that were not fully disclosed at the time of booking
  • Reinfestation caused by environmental conditions or lack of maintenance
  • Change of mind after service has been completed
  • Missed or cancelled appointments without proper notice

3. Service Evaluation

All refund requests are subject to review by our team. We may:

  • Conduct a follow-up inspection
  • Request additional information or documentation
  • Offer a re-service or corrective treatment before approving a refund

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Digi Orb LLC based on the evaluation results.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

5. Advance Payment Policy

All services require full payment in advance at the time of booking. We do not offer recurring payments or subscription-based billing.
